The andiron is a good size for a medium to large oven. Great for allowing more airflow around the fire.

Great pizza oven. Heats up quickly and cooks pizzas in under 5 minutes. The crust comes out crispy and good. Built a stand so it’s level to the eye and no bending over. I do wish the flue was a turn style instead of pull out

Had a few hiccups. Some pizza suppliers would not sell me the chimney for my pizza oven because I did not purchase from them. I had to send a photo of my oven before they authorized the sale. When I finely received my chimney I was very pleased with its construction. Heavy stainless steel. Fit perfect. My first chimney, I had to retrofit because normal supply chains only sold 6” tubes. This is 5 1/2”. Very happy.

This pizza oven is amazing pizza comes out with a nice crunch and cooks to perfection every time. so glad I purchased this oven 😃from pro pizza oven’s I didn’t probably season my baking dish so it cracked emailed customer service within a few minutes got a email saying i should be receiving my replacement this week happy customer.

The oven was delivered in great shape. The oven is very well built. The oven is very heavy, be prepared to have a fork lift or crane to land on a base. Just started using it and it's easy to fire up and make very tasty pizza's.

I purchased the Maximus Countertop wood fired pizza oven. I’ve used it a few times and love this oven. Took a little time to figure out the right place to position the fire and regulate the heat from the wood to cook pizzas. It’s fun to play around and figure it out. Next up will be steaks and cast iron desserts. Great oven.

I have the alfa 1 oven. It is great to cook on. I am having a problem learning to cook pizza, usually burning the top of the pizza and leaving the crust uncooked.. I have no issues on cooking steaks and chicken using both digital surface temp gauge and a meat probe. I have just purchased a perforated pizza pan and learned that wrapping the top of the pizza with foil slows the cooking process for the toppings on the pizza while allowing time to cook the crust. I converted the oven to natural gas this week. I had a service line run to my outdoor grill when the house was built about 20 years ago and just tapped into the line placing the pizza oven next to the bbq grill. It took about an hour to convert the pizza oven and plumb the gas line to the oven. Works great.

Love my new pizza maker and cooking tools with no tax and free shipping. The people at pro pizza ovens were unreal. Never had such great customer service. They returned your call or email within a couple of hours, sometimes immediately. Highly recommend doing business with this company. Happy all around.

Just ain’t your normal wood-burning pizza oven!! The option of using gas or wood, truly makes this a chefs dream…

I have had my oven for a year and a half, and we work that thing! It’s small enough to transport easily, but big enough to cook for Very large parties (200-250 people). Put any hesitation at ease because this oven is a winner. I also can not say enough good things about the team at authentic. From FAQ to some the smallest issue, I’ve had nothing but great support from Authentic! Great oven, Awesome company.

We had to wait several months as it was on backorder, BUT.....it was well worth the wait! The quality is second to none. Those Portuguese people really know how to make a pizza oven. Very easy to use too (I wish I would have purchased the larger version) although it cooks pizza un less than 3 minutes a litttle more space would have been good. My kids are teenagers and love to have friends over to make pizzas. Glad I made the purchase

We purchased the Yellow Alpha Allegro pizza oven for our outdoor kitchen, and not only is it awesome to look at, it makes cooking fun! Making pizza at home is now an event!! Highly recommend!

Love our pizza oven! Took a bit to assemble and a few string guys to get onto the cart…but now we are just loving it!
