CBO 750 Hybrid Mobile Stand Wood Fired and Natural or Propane Gas Outdoor Pizza Oven by Chicago Brick Oven 

The CBO 750 Hybrid Stand (Commercial) oven brings twice the cooking power because it includes a two-burner gas system. The infrared burner under the hearth is great for searing meat and providing uniform heat, and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth allows you to achieve oven-like performance through indirect heat. You may also burn wood at the back or side of the oven to bring a unique wood-fired flavor to your menu.

The CBO 750 Hybrid Stand (Commercial) is certified to UL Standards, giving you everything you need to experience the high heat of Chicago Brick Oven's signature FlameRoll®.

Hybrids are available in Natural Gas (NG) or Propane Gas (LP) and must be designated as NG or LP gas unit at time of order and shipped from factory complete because it cannot be retrofitted in the field.

        Freight Delivery Details

        • The Shipping Company will call you at the phone numbers you provided to schedule the delivery of your package.

        • The Shipping Company will deliver your package and you or someone over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for your package.

        • At the time of delivery inspect your package for visible damage, if there is visible damage refuse the package and contact us at 334 -740 -0971.

        • If you fail to be present at time of your scheduled delivery, you will be charged for shipping.

        • If there is no visible damage, sign for your package and inspect it for concealed damage, if there is concealed damage contact us at 334 -740 -0971.

                Order Confirmation

                • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
                • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 
                • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via phone and/or email.
                • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

                  • If your order is in stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the pizza oven ordered will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
                  • We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of the item being shipped to the email address you provided when checking out.
                  • We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS, and Freight to the lower 48 states. Most all orders will ship the same day as ordered if the order is submitted before 12pm PST (some exceptions apply, some part & freight orders may not ship for up to 3 business days).
                  • Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR or SEA at additional cost.
                  • We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
                  • A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
                  • Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
                  • A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need to be paid prior to delivery.

                  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.

                  • Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers' responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
                  • As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
                  • To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

                    • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
                    • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
                  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
                  • We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
                  • If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
                  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
                  • We ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.
                  • If you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@propizzaovens.com

                    Damages

                    • Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
                    • If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
                    • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@propizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

                    Cancellations & Refunds

                    • All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
                    • If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the pizza oven ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
                    • If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

                    Backorders

                    • From time to time, a pizza oven may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will call and/or send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a pizza oven sooner.
                    • The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
                    • If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different pizza oven, or cancel the order altogether.
                    • Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.

                    The following section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL and will be delivered via a lift gate truck.

                    Important Freight LTL Shipment Information

                    1. When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.

                    2. You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.

                    3. The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.

                    4. Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.

                    5. Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.

                    6. The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your curb or the closet area near your curb. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.

                    7. Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.

                    How to Handle Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Pizza Oven Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing)

                    • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
                    • Pro Pizza Ovens recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Pro Pizza Ovens immediately.
                    • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
                    • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier

                      RESTORATION / RECOVERY SERVICES

                      Restoration, recovery or remediation services are handled by professionals that help you throughout the identity recovery process and provide legal, administrative and support services. This may include:

                      • Investigators, case managers and other third-party business providers that help you restore your name and identity, recover your financial losses due to a stolen identity event, act on your behalf with creditors and financial institutions, and help prepare needed documents on your behalf.
                      • Lawyers and other third party legal professionals, to represent you or your legal representative in case of a stolen identity, including the defense of a suit brought against you, the removal of any civil judgment wrongfully entered against you, legal assistance at an audit or hearing conducted by a governmental agency, legal assistance in challenging the accuracy of your consumer credit report, and the defense of any criminal charges brought against you arising from the actions of a third party using your personal identity.

                      Identity Theft Protection Service Conditions and Limitations

                      • We reserve the right to request any information, document and official records from you, local law enforcement agencies or financial institutions to determine if a professional identity restoration service is commercially available in your country of residence.
                      • You must provide all assistance and cooperation required in the investigation, determination and remediation services provided to you. Failure to provide assistance will result in forfeiture of your rights to use the service.
                      • Service will not be provided, or will stop, if we discover that you willingly participated in, or directed dishonest, criminal, malicious or fraudulent acts in relation with your claim.
                      • The total value of the service provided has a lifetime limit of $10,000 USD. We reserve the right to bill hours against the lifetime total value limit.
                      • We reserve the right to refuse service requests we deem inappropriate or excessive in order to restore your identity.
                      • We reserve the right to select any identity restoration service providers of our choosing.
                      • The Identity Theft Protection services are limited to identity restoration and remediation services, and excludes any other services you may require resulting from a stolen identity event.
                      • The Identity Theft Protection services provided by Norton Shopping Guarantee are not intended to be insurance and cannot replace any insurance you may be eligible to purchase for identity theft protection and restoration services. Any financial reimbursement provided are not intended to be indemnity payments for losses incurred by you in connection with your stolen identity.
                      • Limitations on Liability: You understand and acknowledge that there are many variables impacting the service as described herein and that we provide no guarantee or representation that the service will achieve any desired result, such as identity protection, and/or identity restoration and/or recovery. There is a risk that the service will not result in resolving the identity theft problem, and by using the service, you agree to assume this risk. In no event shall we or our affiliates, employees, licensors, or agents be liable for any claims, losses, fines, penalties, or damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, punitive, special, direct, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages, or loss of use, data or profits) without regard to the form of any action, including but not limited to contract and tort actions (including libel), arising out of or in connection with the use of the service as described herein.

                      Purchase Guarantee

                      The Purchase Guarantee allows you to make a claim if the merchant has not performed according to its express terms of sale. If a resolution is not obtained from the merchant after going through the steps of the Norton Shopping Guarantee Dispute Resolution Process, then our Claims Specialists will make a determination as to whether the express terms of sale were performed. The Claims Specialist has full discretion in resolving the claim. If the claim is resolved in your (the buyer's) favor, we will reimburse you for the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed $1,000 USD.

                      How to Use the Service:

                      At any time during the validity period of a Norton Shopping Guarantee, you can register or log in to the Norton Shopping Guarantee Buyer Service Center to utilize the Service. To use the service:

                      • You must be the buyer of record of a valid Norton Shopping Guarantee issued within the immediately preceding 30 days.
                      • Select "Report a Problem Transaction" in the Buyer Service Center.

                      Purchase Guarantee Terms:

                      • The express terms of sale, as stated on the merchant's Web site, are guaranteed for the full value of your eligible purchase (excluding shipping & handling and taxes) and up to a maximum of $1,000 USD.
                      • You must submit a complete Report a Problem Transaction form within the 30-day validity period. All reported problems must be made in English.
                      • Your acceptance of the item(s) purchased terminates the Purchase Guarantee, unless the defect was not discoverable or known at the time of acceptance, but in no circumstances will a claim be accepted after the 30-day validity period.
                      • You have no rights under this Purchase Guarantee if:

                                      • We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS, and Freight to the lower 48 states.                                         Damages

                                        • Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive.
                                        • If there are any products damaged upon arrival, you can file a warranty claim to get replacement parts for anything that's damaged.
                                        • If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@propizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

                                        Cancellations & Refunds

                                        • All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
                                        • If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the pizza oven ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
                                        • If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

                                        Backorders

                                        • From time to time, a pizza oven may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will call and/or send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a pizza oven sooner.
                                        • The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
                                        • If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different pizza oven, or cancel the order altogether.
                                        • Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.

                                        The following section will give you the essential information about what to expect with the delivery of your item. If you purchased one of our large and heavy items your item will ship freight LTL and will be delivered via a lift gate truck.

                                        Important Freight LTL Shipment Information

                                        1. When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.

                                        2. You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.

                                        3. The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday thru Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time cannot be scheduled. Example 9am. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.

                                        4. Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.

                                        5. Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.

                                        6. The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your curb or the closet area near your curb. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.

                                        7. Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.

                                        How to Handle Exceptions or Discrepancies at time of Pizza Oven Delivery (Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing)

                                        • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
                                        • Pro Pizza Ovens recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Pro Pizza Ovens immediately.
                                        • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
                                        • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier

                                          After days of his mom searching for a solution to her problem, she discovered outdoor pizza ovens online and loved the idea of bringing the neighborhood together for family fun pizza nights.                                           • Personalized assistance to walk you through the various steps needed to contact the necessary government, financial, and non-financial organizations to confirm if your identity has been compromised and, if appropriate, help you limit the consequences of identity misuse.

                                          RESTORATION / RECOVERY SERVICES

                                          Restoration, recovery or remediation services are handled by professionals that help you throughout the identity recovery process and provide legal, administrative and support services. This may include:

                                          • Investigators, case managers and other third-party business providers that help you restore your name and identity, recover your financial losses due to a stolen identity event, act on your behalf with creditors and financial institutions, and help prepare needed documents on your behalf.
                                          • Lawyers and other third party legal professionals, to represent you or your legal representative in case of a stolen identity, including the defense of a suit brought against you, the removal of any civil judgment wrongfully entered against you, legal assistance at an audit or hearing conducted by a governmental agency, legal assistance in challenging the accuracy of your consumer credit report, and the defense of any criminal charges brought against you arising from the actions of a third party using your personal identity.

                                          Identity Theft Protection Service Conditions and Limitations

                                          • We reserve the right to request any information, document and official records from you, local law enforcement agencies or financial institutions to determine if a professional identity restoration service is commercially available in your country of residence.
                                          • You must provide all assistance and cooperation required in the investigation, determination and remediation services provided to you. Failure to provide assistance will result in forfeiture of your rights to use the service.
                                          • Service will not be provided, or will stop, if we discover that you willingly participated in, or directed dishonest, criminal, malicious or fraudulent acts in relation with your claim.
                                          • The total value of the service provided has a lifetime limit of $10,000 USD. We reserve the right to bill hours against the lifetime total value limit.
