Wood Fired S'mores Pizza Recipe
Pizza for dinner, pizza for breakfast, but pizza for… DESSERT?! Count us in!
This classic campfire treat comes alive with a brand new twist. S’mores aren’t just a fan favorite of kids, this new dish will have every adult in the room devouring this sweet and chocolatey treat.

What You’ll Need
- Pizza Oven
- Rolling pin
- 2 medium bowls
- Scissors
- Spatula
- Pizza Peel
- Heat Resistant Gloves
- Thermometer gun
- Serving Dish
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough
- Flour
- 3 graham crackers
- 1/3 cup of Nutella (Make this vegan by using vegan Nutella)
- 1 TBSP honey (Make this vegan by using agave)
- 8 large marshmallows
- Optional Toppings: chocolate sauce
How to Make Wood Fired S’mores Pizza
- Make or use store bought pizza dough.
- Lightly flour your prep surface and roll out your dough.
- Break graham crackers into large chunks, place in medium bowl (pro tip - don’t break these too fine, you want the marshmallows to stick to the pizza!).
- Use scissors to cut the large marshmallows horizontally into 3 even circles, place in a separate medium bowl.
- From there, use a spatula to spread out the Nutella in a thin layer over the dough. Then, add the graham crackers on top of the Nutella and put a light drizzle of honey over it.
- Top with the marshmallows and press gently on top of the Nutella and honey.
- Fire up your pizza oven.
- Once warm, use the thermometer gun to cook your pizza at 450 degrees F and use the pizza peel to place your prepped pizza in that location.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes. The s’mores pizza is done when the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Optional: drizzle chocolate sauce on top for that extra chocolatey flavor!
- Serve Immediately.
