NOT FOR HUMANS: This infrared gun is for taking temperatures of surfaces of inanimate objects that range from -58F-1022F. Not for taking internal temperatures of humans. Those temperatures will not read accurately.
GREAT ACCURACY: This class 2 laser product has a Distance to Spot (D:S) ratio of 12:1. For most accurate readings – keep gun around 14.17 inches away from measured surface. This will read a temperature of a 1.18-inch circle.
INSTANTLY SENSE TEMPERATURE: Simply point and shoot the laser at your desired target and it will instantly read the temperature on the LCD screen. The YTG022 can sense target temperatures of -58F to 1022F/-50C-550C. A simple toggle button allows you to switch from C to F.
CLASSIC INTERFACE: Easily read the backlit LCD Screen in either C or F. The Gun holds the most recent temperature you held the trigger for. Toggle the backlight, temperature scale, and laser as necessary. Auto-off setting helps lengthen your battery life. Low battery indicator tells you when a replacement is needed. 9v Battery comes standard with each IR gun.
