Great oven and good people to work with

2 notes on a very satisfied experience with this large oven. 1) don't underestimate how big and heavy this thing is as you get ready to figure out where to place it and what to place it on. Standard cement blocks work great. Also, reduce the weight by 120 pounds or so by removing the floor bricks before lifting.
2) Unless you plan on a 3 - 6 pizza meal/party, the smaller oven will probably be sufficient. 30 - 45 min to get to temp (+ 600 F) and will hold heat for many hours after the last wood goes in.
