CBO-750 Hybrid Countertop Wood Fired and Natural or Propane Gas Pizza Oven by Chicago Brick Oven
If you are looking for quick heating, the new Chicago Brick Oven Countertop Hybrid bundle kit includes a two-burner Natural or Propane Gas system. This dual-fuel pizza oven features an infrared burner under the hearth and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth. You can also burn wood at the back or side of the oven to attain that smoky wood-fired flavor, that Chicago Brick Oven is known for.
Made entirely in America, the CBO Hybrid bundle kit features the CBO-750 model which offers over 41" x 28" of cooking surface and is certified to UL Standards. Inside and out, the Hybrid custom bundle kit includes everything you need for the easiest and fastest way to experience the high heat of Chicago Brick Oven's signature FlameRoll™.
