Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Standard, Non-Freight Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Freight Order Shipment:
- The Shipping Company will call you at the phone numbers you provided to schedule the delivery of your package.
- The Shipping Company will deliver your package and you or someone over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for your package.
- At the time of delivery inspect your package for visible damage, if there is visible damage refuse the package and contact us at 877-486-4335.
- If you fail to be present at time of your scheduled delivery, you will be charged for shipping.
- If there is no visible damage, sign for your package and inspect it for concealed damage, if there is concealed damage contact us at 877-486-4335.
- We recommend having an extra person or dolly to help move your package.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We are proud to offer a full 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee should you not be happy with your order. In the case that you wish to return an item, please contact email@example.com to receive a return authorization slip and directions on where to ship the product. Once the item is returned and inspected for original packaging and quality, the credit card used to purchase your item will be refunded the full merchandise sale price. If the item is returned in a damaged state, you (the buyer) may be subject to a reduced or zero sum refund of the merchandise sale price.
