What are the requirements to become a Pro Pizza Ovens Professional member?
Professionals are licensed general contractors, landscape architects, home builders, remodelers, developers, designers, property managers, plumbers, and electricians (essentially, purchasing and procurement agents) who buy items on behalf of someone else. Those interested in signing up will be asked to provide a business license number along with a few bits of personal and company information. To join our Professionals Program, please fill out the form on this page and sit tight until we get back to you.
What are the benefits of being a Pro Pizza Ovens Professional member?
How does “concierge service” sound? Professional benefits include but are not limited to: exclusive Professional pricing, expedited installation help to get you more information to win more bids, direct contact with Professional Team members dedicated to answering your questions ASAP, and immediate access to management for more pressing issues. How much does it cost to be a Pro Pizza Ovens Professional member?
It costs nothing to join the Professionals Program. You receive a full suite of services, your customers complete better projects faster, and we get to help you secure jobs while bringing families closer together through the joys of wood-fired cooking. Everybody wins!
What kind of discount do you offer Professional clients?
Professional discounts vary depending on the brands purchased and the size of the order. Some items are sold at MAP (minimum advertised price) and can’t be discounted. That being said, freight costs are always covered, which is a major advantage in today’s chaotic shipping environment. The most important thing to remember is that Professional discounts are available ONLY through your Professional Program membership; orders placed outside of that aren't aren’t eligible for Professional Program discounts.
How do I get a Professional discount?
There are a few ways to secure exclusive Professional Program pricing:
1. Shop online, and don’t fill out your information in the order fields or submit the order. Instead, email the cart number or order information to our team directly, who’ll rework the pricing and email you a discounted quote. You can then either pay online or call our Professionals Program Team to submit payment information. Whether you pay online or over the phone, you’ll be charged immediately (even on backorder items); we have to pay for most products upfront so immediate payment is used to solidify your order at the manufacturer and ensure the next product available is yours. Most Professional Program Members prefer to make upfront payments over the website or phone to free up their credit for other jobs.
2. Call our Professionals Program Team using our direct phone number found at the top of all Pro Pizza Ovens pages and confirm your business matches what we have on file. While you’re chatting about pricing, they can recommend better and more cost-effective items for your projects if available.

Do I need to place a Professional order online, or can I call it in?
Either way is fine, but be sure to contact our Professional Program Team for maximum savings before placing online orders. Please call our main line at 1-877-486-4335 and let us know your business name so may quickly assist you! In the meantime, we’re working on a more streamlined way of placing orders online, so stay tuned!
Do you accept purchase orders?
No; in an attempt to keep prices as low as possible, we don’t offer such terms at this time. No collections mean better profits for our Professional Program Members.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept bank ACH/wire payments (which most Professionals use to save 2% on all their orders) credit cards, debit cards, and financing through Affirm. Be aware that bank ACH/wire payments take time to arrive, so consider project timelines when picking a payment option.
Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, and Google Pay are also available.
How can I be sure the products I order will arrive when I need them?
Our order system allows us to hold most in-stock items for up to 30 days at no storage charge, ensuring your products show up when you’re ready to start the job.
Do you offer "just-in-time" delivery?
Not at this time. With the current challenges surrounding freight transportation, we’ve been unable to find a partner that can provide such a service. However, we are continuing to search for options and will make it available as soon as we find a carrier that is reliable.
