Oven works great

Everything was great arrived fast and packaged well. Only reason for 4 stars is purchased the oven with the free infrared thermometer. Still haven't received. Had to contact customer service and they are claiming it is back ordered.

Excellent oven, frustrating mis-shipments...

My experience was largely good. The web-interface was easy and informative. The ordering process was also seamless. My delivery date was Friday, May 16th and on that date, I received a call from a local freight forwarder to schedule my delivery for the following Tuesday, a bit frustrating. I chose to pick-up the oven on Monday but the oven stand I ordered was nowhere to be found. After several phone calls and emails, we learned it was picked but never shipped. In a show of customer service, they expedited the stand which arrived that Thursday. The oven is amazing and for the price and quality, I would highly recommend it. The shipping aspect left a bit to be desired. But, the story ends well with fantastic pizza from a quality oven. One last note, because of the 1200lb. weight of the oven, you will have to get creative on moving it once it arrives at your home as the delivery is for driveway service alone. I borrowed a neighbors Bobcat to get it into the backyard and up on the stand, a convenience I suspect not everyone has!
