Wood Fired S'mores Pizza Recipe

Pizza for dinner, pizza for breakfast, but pizza for… DESSERT?! Count us in!


This classic campfire treat comes alive with a brand new twist. S’mores aren’t just a fan favorite of kids, this new dish will have every adult in the room devouring this sweet and chocolatey treat.


Wood Fired S'mores Pizza

What You’ll Need



  • 1 pizza dough
  • Flour
  • 3 graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup of Nutella (Make this vegan by using vegan Nutella)
  • 1 TBSP honey (Make this vegan by using agave)
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • Optional Toppings: chocolate sauce


How to make Wood Fired S’mores Pizza

  1. Make or use store bought pizza dough.
  2. Lightly flour your prep surface and roll out your dough.
  3. Break graham crackers into large chunks, place in medium bowl (pro tip - don’t break these too fine, you want the marshmallows to stick to the pizza!).
  4. Use scissors to cut the large marshmallows horizontally into 3 even circles, place in a separate medium bowl.
  5. From there, use a spatula to spread out the Nutella in a thin layer over the dough. Then, add the graham crackers on top of the Nutella and put a light drizzle of honey over it.
  6. Top with the marshmallows and press gently on top of the Nutella and honey. 
  7. Fire up your pizza oven.
  8. Once warm, use the Thermometer gun to cook your pizza at 450 degrees F and use the pizza peel to place your prepped pizza in that location.
  9. Cook for 8-10 minutes. The s’mores pizza is done when the marshmallows are golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven. Optional: drizzle chocolate sauce on top for that extra chocolatey flavor!
  11. Serve Immediately.
