There are a few things that you may notice about your pizza oven that seems wrong.
Smoke:
Anytime you use wood as a fuel source, you can expect some smoke. There should not be smoke in the pizza oven where it hinders your cooking. If you cannot open the door without smoke blasting your face, you need to vent your oven.
Tainted Food:
Aside from the smoke, making it difficult for you to cook in a pleasant manner, it could taint your food.
